Beauty Buffet Gift Card/Gift Box TnC

  1. This is The Beauty Buffet Gift Card (BBGC) / Beauty Buffet Gift Box (BBGB) and would be accepted on www.beautybuffetshop.in.
  2. BBGB is an empty box that you can purchase at the time of shopping/filling your cart. If ordered by you, we will gift box/gift wrap your products ordered, in our beautiful gift box.
  3. The person who has the BBGC / BBGB Code is deemed to be the beneficiary.
  4. BBGC / BBGB can be used to purchase Beauty Buffet products from the website.
  5. Once the BBGC / BBGB  send is consumed or redeemed , your order cannot be cancelled and refunded.
  6. Beauty Buffet is not responsible if the Gift card is lost, stolen or used without permission.
  7. The BBGC / BBGB cannot be redeemed for cash.
  8. This is a One-time use BBGC.
  9. No credit note / refund for the unused balance amount of the BBGC will be given.
  10. Any such unused balance amount shall stand lapsed automatically.
  11. Beauty Buffet BBGC CANNOT be revalidated once expired or cancelled under any situation.
  12. BBGC / BBGB can be clubbed with any one of the existing offers.
  13. BBGC / BBGB cannot be redeemed on specific block out dates. Beauty Buffet may add or delete any date(s)/period(s) on its sole discretion without any liability.
  14. Any dispute related to the BBGC / BBGB should be referred to the issuing company and the decision of the issuing company shall be final. In case of any legal disputes, the courts at New Delhi shall have the exclusive jurisdiction.

  16. Beauty Buffet reserves the rights to edit/change the terms and conditions for the Insta BBGC / BBGB at any time without any notice or liability.
  17. Beauty Buffet has the final authority on the interpretation of these terms and conditions.
  18. Beauty Buffet reserves the right to withdraw BBGC / BBGB scheme/offer before the completion of validity period without any notice or liability at its sole discretion.
  19. Beauty Buffet reserves the right to deny accepting any BBGC, if it suspects that there is duplicity of cards.
  20. In no event the liability of Beauty Buffet for any claims shall exceed the value of the BBGC in dispute.
  21. In case purchase amount is more than the balance in the BBGC’s, the holder of BBGC’s will have to pay the balance amount through cash/ credit card or through accepted mode of payment against the purchases.
  22. Use of the BBGC’s / BBGB’s acknowledges the holder of BBGC’s, BBGB’s acceptance of these terms and conditions including its amendment.
